When a U.S.-based graffiti artist decided to bring their signature character into physical form, we stepped in to help turn sketches into sculpture—bold, bright, and full of attitude.
The character, a spray-paint-wielding rebel with streetwear flair, was originally developed as part of the artist’s IP universe. It made its debut at a street culture art exhibition in the U.S., serving as a 5-foot-tall centerpiece for the show’s immersive graffiti zone.
We built the entire piece using high-density fiberglass to ensure both durability and detail. From layered textures to color gradients, the sculpture had to reflect the raw energy of the original illustration—while standing strong outdoors under real-world conditions.
Working with the artist’s 2D artwork, we supported the transition to 3D through digital modeling, ensuring every pose and expression landed right. The internal structure was reinforced for safety, and the matte automotive-grade finish gave the colors a soft, spray-painted edge—exactly as intended.
From concept approval to shipping, the whole production took just 20 days—fast enough for a tight event schedule, but precise enough to meet a designer’s eye.
